At NÓRA Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
